The Lake of the Ozarks is gearing up for a unique event this month, thanks to the Lake’s Realtors. The Bagnell Dam Association of Realtors is hosting the Homeowner Appreciation Day Poker Run on Saturday, April 20th, and it promises to be a day filled with fun and excitement along the Bagnell Dam Strip.
Unlike traditional boating poker runs, this event is designed for participants to walk from venue to venue along the Strip. Starting at noon in Luby’s Plaza, participants can register for $20 per hand and enjoy the Poker Run festivities until 5 p.m. This year, the proceeds from the event will be donated to Lake Area Counseling and Behavior Health, supporting a great cause in the community.
Participants can look forward to a day filled with games, face painting, corn hole, music, and more. Free t-shirts will be given to the first registrants, while supplies last, and participating venues will be offering food and drink specials throughout the event.
The Homeowner Appreciation Day Poker Run is a great opportunity for locals and visitors alike to come together and enjoy the unique atmosphere of the Bagnell Dam Strip. With 14 bars to visit and plenty of activities to partake in, it’s sure to be a day to remember.
