Kenny sounds like an idiot. If you’re going to be in the wild then a firearm is absolutely recommended otherwise, you could end up as food. It would’ve also helped if he were more intelligent, even children with cell phones have the wherewithal to mark their location by GPS.

Death Valley was my home for 7 years and I'm fortunate to be alive! I should be lost inside of a mountain that nobody would have discovered to this day! In pitch black darkness, my friend, a US Marine, led me inside a mountain where cougars and mountain lions lived. Suddenly we saw eyes shining in the dark looking our way. We freaked out and fled and ran into a river inside the mountain which overtook us and swept us up and dropped us inside the mountain led us into a large cavern with light where the animals came to drink. It was the most beautiful cave I'd ever seen.

This is the kind of story where I wish one day, Kenny himself commented and told us a wild story about how he fell into a mineshaft, hit his head and suffered from amnesia for 15 years, until accidentally running to an old friend or relative. I know it’s a really long shot that this was something other than a self deletion, but who knows. Maybe he comments in a few years how he was abducted by aliens and he brought the back to earth and Kenny would be the guy arranging for the first contact. Kinda like that drunk engineer/test pilot guy in Star Trek First Contact 🙂 But I wish all the best for Kennys family and friends!
Never be embarrassed about depression! It's a medical condition that literally affects your brain chemistry. Admitting you struggle with depression isn't a weakness, it takes real strength to admit you have a problem and seek help!💙

As a man everyday is embarrassing for me because I don't feel like you do what I used to do because of Crohn's disease. Well I don't want to believe that I could kill myself maybe Kenny did just go out and do what he wanted to do and what he loved to do and then just ended alone on his terms it's horrible rest in peace Kenny
It seems whatever captured him looked through his phone or was watching him on YouTube. After capturing him it seems they left his phone where he last recorded a YouTube video. Whoever commented on his video seems like they were involved in the weird stuff that goes on there.

One other possibility is that the cave may have a unique structure that created an infrasound at 19 Hz which can induce fear and hallucinations.
